Worked within the Content Studio to evolve brand and digital experiences across a complex global ecosystem. Supported LSEG and its sub-brands, including LSEG Data & Analytics, FTSE Russell, London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, LSEG Post Trade and LSEG Risk Intelligence, through the development of cohesive visual systems, improved design quality and streamlined workflows.

Collaboration with Creative Strategy, Digital Experience and Brand Engagement teams ensured consistent brand expression and alignment across digital touch-points, contributing to stronger customer engagement and scalable design delivery.

2024
Digital Experience & Web (DET Programme)

Supported the transformation of LSEG’s digital estate, enhancing websites across the organisation to improve user experience, attract prospects, and support conversion and retention goals.

Played a key role in the Digital Estate Transformation (DET) programme, ensuring cohesive brand architecture across all sub-brands. Delivered creative direction, prototypes, and component assets, enabling scalable implementation across sites and alignment with publishing and development teams.

Brand Transformation & Design Systems

Contributed to the LSEG Brand Transformation and Refinement Programme in collaboration with Brand Engagement team and Design Bridge agency.

Established a flexible, scalable design system with reusable templates and clear standards, enabling consistent cross-team application while reducing duplicated effort. Delivered additional content for the new visual guidelines and templated assets for digital platforms, social media, web banners and publications.

Big Impact Campaign (BIC)

Designed and delivered a high volume of campaign assets across digital and print channels to increase engagement and support campaign activation.

Developed a cohesive visual system and scalable templates, enabling self-service use by stakeholders and designers. Ensured consistency across Data & Analytics and Risk Intelligence campaigns while supporting ongoing rollout across multiple channels.

Created design concepts and a wide range of assets to support cross-proposition initiatives, including Data Feeds, Analytics and Workflows.

Designed a comprehensive digital report in collaboration with FT Longitude (Financial Times Group), supported by a suite of digital assets including landing pages, web banners, and podcast visuals.

Developed a visual concept centred on clarity within complexity, reflecting the challenges of navigating modern risk environments.

A blurred urban environment combined with pixel fragmentation was used to represent uncertainty and fragmented data, contrasted with sharp visual elements to convey insight and control.

Delivered video style frames and visual direction to support animation and digital outputs, ensuring a consistent narrative across social, video, and corporate communications.

SAS 2023 – Sales Acceleration Summit

Developed a bespoke creative concept to represent “Ambition – Advancing Together” across the event experience.

Created a bold typographic identity and flexible visual system, supported by a geometric motif symbolising growth, momentum and collective progress. Delivered assets for video team, stage design and supporting materials.

Delivered a digital report focused on data visualisation and user interaction within the financial technology sector.

Incorporated iterative testing and feedback to optimise usability and performance. Established a visual approach that informed future thought leadership outputs.
